Cancel Candy AI Shorts on candy.ai under Settings / Unsubscribe, any time. Your Premium stays active to the end of the period you paid for, nothing renews after it, and unused tokens expire with the period. Outside the EU/UK, refunds are for card payments only: within 24 hours of paying if you used no more than 20 tokens (a token pack only if unused). In the EU and UK you can withdraw within 14 days (first purchase only; renewals are not covered), refunded by the same payment method.

Everything on this page comes from candy.ai’s own Terms of Service (section 10, “Fulfillment Policy”) and candyshorts.com’s terms, read on October 16, 2026. If you only ever watched the free episodes, there is nothing to cancel: the free tier has no subscription and no card on file.
How to cancel, step by step
- Sign in on candy.ai with the account you subscribed with.
- Open your profile and go to Settings.
- Choose Unsubscribe and confirm.
- Check that your subscription now shows an end date instead of a renewal date.
What happens after you cancel
- You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. You are not charged for the next one.
- Then the account drops to the free tier. The free episodes keep working: candy.ai still gives you episode 1 with no account, episode 2 with a free account; candyshorts.com still plays episodes 1 to 3 with no account.
- Tokens do not survive. Unused tokens expire at the end of the billing period and do not carry over to a later subscription. Spend them before the period ends.

Two more rules from the terms: a refund cancels the plan immediately and removes the remaining tokens, and so does a chargeback filed with your bank. Outside the EU/UK, refunds of subscriptions and of token packs are only possible on card payments; EU/UK withdrawals cover the first purchase only, not renewals, and are refunded by the same payment method you used. candy.ai will not refund a technical problem on your side.
Stopping the charge if you cannot sign in
If you lost access to the account, write to candy.ai’s support from the email you subscribed with and ask them to cancel the subscription. In the EU and UK, an unequivocal email to support@candymail.ai is also the way to exercise the 14-day withdrawal right on a first purchase. candy.ai’s plan page says charges show as “EverAI”; if in doubt, ask your bank. Quoting the charge as it appears on your statement helps support find it.
Before you cancel
If the reason is price, look at the plans first: the 12-month plan works out at $3.99 a month, billed $47.88 a year up front. If the reason is that you have finished what you wanted, cancel, keep watching the free episodes on the free tier, and come back only for series you want to finish.
